We are looking for an experienced and driven Used Vehicle Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality stock, managing and motivating the sales team, driving daily sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving monthly targets and profitability goals. The role requires strong leadership, stock management, and operational skills within a fast-paced dealership environment.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Used Vehicle Management role
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and department profitability
Strong experience in sourcing and evaluating vehicle stock
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of dealership systems and processes
Valid driver’s licence
Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment
